Field Sales Representative I. This role is pivotal in expanding
Arrow's partnerships within the electronics market, fueling
impactful business growth through direct sales engagements and
strategic insights. As a member of our dedicated sales team, you
will utilize your industry expertise to foster relationships with
existing customers and prospect new opportunities, ensuring the
highest standards of service and continuous business expansion.
Conduct field sales visits and present Arrow Electronics' product
lines and solutions directly to current and potential clients.
Identify and target new client opportunities within the electronics
industry, analyzing market trends to effectively position products.
Build and maintain lasting relationships with client stakeholders
to ensure continual business and satisfaction across the board.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements, meeting or exceeding
sales targets. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and
track client account metrics. Collaborate with sales teams and
other internal stakeholders to align with Arrow's organizational
goals and optimize sales strategies. Attend industry conferences,
expos, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and
develop further industry expertise. Proven ability to manage
negotiations with excellent persuasion skills Strong understanding
of electronics components, markets and suppliers Ability to analyze
market data and sales analytics Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite Capable of handling multiple client accounts Medical
