Job Description:
At US Foods, a cornerstone of our success is our capability to

valued clients nationwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated and
meticulous Night Warehouse Manager to oversee our bustling
warehouse operations during night shifts. This role is pivotal to
ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe processing of incoming and
outgoing goods, optimizing workflow, and maintaining stringent
quality control standards. The successful candidate will harness
their deep knowledge of warehouse management, leadership acumen,
and operational savvy to drive our nightly operations to new
heights of efficiency and performance. Manage and oversee night
shift operations including staff supervision, inventory control,
and process optimization. Ensure compliance with safety and
operational standards and regulations. Develop strategies to
increase productivity and accuracy in order fulfillment. Coordinate
with other department managers to streamline operations and address
any logistic challenges. Monitor warehouse equipment and
maintenance, scheduling repairs and upgrades as necessary. Prepare
reports on night shift activities and performance metrics. Conduct
regular training and evaluations to improve staff competencies and
ensure efficient operations. Proven ability to manage teams and
processes in a warehouse setting. Strong organizational and
leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication
abilities. Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and
related software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

Management (CPIM) or similar certification is highly desirable.
OSHA certification in Safety Training.
