Seeking a project manager to join an up-and-coming general contracting firm who has made a name for themselves in the Twin Cities market. You will have the opportuntity to lead a variety of projects across hospitatlity, commercial, and health sciences projects. Upcoming local projects range from $5M-$25M.Growth opportunity with this General Contractor is exponential! Client Details This General Contractor is set to double their revenue in the next year and has the pipeline to prove it. They offer the streamlined processes of a larger GC with a smaller, tight-knit feel. They are well-known in the market for their quality of work, growth, and taking care of their employees. Description Provide leadership and direction on commercial, health sciences/healthcare, and hospitality projects Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning Implement, monitor, update and communicate the progress schedule and its periodic revisions Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses Perform the final review of internal items such as Cost Analysis, Monthly Billing, Master Cost Breakdown and Monthly Reports Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments Create and maintain a safe/secure job site environment Review and approve drawings and samples prior to submittal Train and develop the Project team and schedule project resources Profile 5 years of construction experience Strong background in leading projects Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite The ability to work in a fast paced work environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team The desire to grow their career professionally Strong track record with client relationship Job Offer Industry-leading compensation of base salrary $100k-$140k Bonus program based on performance Profit Sharing 401k plan with company contributions WFH Flexibility Unlimited PTO Fast Tracked career progression Truck Allowance Gas Card Competitive Family Health Insurance Plans Short term/Long term disability Referral Bonus MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
