Chisago, MN / surrounding areas Salary: $65000 - $88000 / year
AC-BSW Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on call rotation We are looking
for a minimum of LGSW, LISW, or LICSW License in the state of

Qualifications: Be the Best Hospice Clinical Social Worker You Can
Be If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you! Master’s
Degree from accredited school of Social Work or related field;
Valid license/registration of permit to practice in state(s) of
agency operation Medicare/Medicaid/Insurance specialty preferred
Required Certifications and Licensures: Licensed to practice as a
clinical social worker in the state of agency operation if required
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
