This is a heartwarming opportunity for compassionate providers who
love making a difference! We work with members throughout Wisconsin
to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help
individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a
say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own
homes as long as possible. Consumer Direct Care Network is
assisting this member in recruiting an In-Home Caregiver(s). There
are multiple shifts available. Member requires total cares
physically, but he is alert, oriented and well-educated. The ideal
candidate will enjoy stimulating discussions while assisting this
young man in his daily routines.Schedule:Monday - Sunday: 8:00 AM -
2:30 PM/4:30 PMPay: $20 per hour for CNA or PCW $30 per hour for RN
Responsibilities: Total Assist with ADL's Transfer in/out of bed
Brush teeth, Wash Hair Help Dress/Undress Toileting (measure ins
/outs) TrachTube Feeding Oral Suctioning Experience and
Requirements: Please note pay differential for RN vs CNA;
caregiving experience preferred.Background check will be conducted.
Must pass.*Current flu and COVID Vaccinations Equipment Managed:
Patient lift/HoyerCough Assist MachineVentilator - (Trach Trained
to do that)Blood Pressure CuffSuction Machine Note: Must be
reliable and punctual. Good communication is a must.For questions
