maintain the physical condition of multiple Craft & Crew
Hospitality properties on a part-time, project-based schedule. This
position assists with general repairs, small renovation tasks, and
occasional restaurant equipment maintenance to ensure safe,
functional, and well-presented environments for guests and
employees. Roles & Responsibilities: Complete general maintenance
duties, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting,
and drywall repair. Assist with repairs and maintenance of
restaurant equipmen,t including small kitchen appliances and
operational fixtures. Troubleshoot facility concerns and determine
appropriate solutions. Support preventative maintenance programs to
reduce equipment downtime and ensure smooth operations. Perform
light renovation or improvement projects as assigned by management.
Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas during and after
projects. Communicate status, timelines, and any necessary
materials clearly with management. Track project hours accurately
and complete tasks within expected time frames. Travel to multiple
locations within the hospitality group as needed. Required
Experience/Qualifications: 2 years of experience in building
maintenance, handyman services, or related trades. Experience in
hospitality or restaurant settings preferred. Knowledge of safe use
of hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Strong problem-solving
skills with the ability to work independently Excellent
communication and time management abilities. Must be able to
lift/carry up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending,
climbing, and extended standing. Reliable transportation to travel
between locations. Eligibility to work in the United States. Must
agree to a background check Compensation & Benefits $45 per hour
