position offers a competitive compensation package with Internet
Consultant's income averaging approx. $125,000 in 2025. Ranging
from $70,000 to $185,000 per year. In addition to the base salary,
this role includes a 0% commission pay scale with additional
incentives based on volume and customer satisfaction. Other
benefits include a customized comprehensive healthcare package,
retirement savings plans with employer match, and employee
discounts on vehicles, accessories, and services. Job Summary: The
Internet Sales Consultant at Jeff Belzer Auto Group in Lakeville,
Minnesota is a vital role in the company's sales team. This
individual will be responsible for handling an average of 100 new
inquiries each month through online channels and providing
excellent customer service to potential and existing customers.
This is a full-time position with a industry leading base salary
plus incentives, offering opportunities for growth and advancement
in the automotive industry. Responsibilities: - Communicate with
potential and existing customers through various online channels,
including email, chat, and social media. - Build and maintain
relationships with customers, understanding their needs and
providing tailored solutions. - Educate customers on the latest
vehicles, features, and financing options available. - Utilize CRM
software to log customer interactions, track sales progress, and
generate reports. - Collaborate with the management team to fulfill
transactions and ensure customer satisfaction. - Attend and
participate in training and development programs to stay updated on
industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. - Meet
and exceed individual and team sales targets. Requirements: - High
school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, sales,
or related field preferred. - Proven track record of success in
customer-direct sales, preferably in the automotive industry. -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in
utilizing various online channels for sales and customer service. -
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. - Ability to
work independently and in a team environment. - Ability to work
flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings. - Valid
