If you're that candidate, this opportunity is for you!Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company, is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Analyst for our client in Minneapolis, MN.Responsibilities:

• Join our Reporting and Analytics team within the PMO, focusing on tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and the Power Platform to support data-driven decision-making.
• Understand data sources, conduct ad-hoc analysis, create reports, and support knowledge sharing for report development and maintenance.
• Gather and analyze requirements to develop accessible and user-friendly reporting solutions (experience with JIRA, OnePlan, etc., is a plus).
• Present various reporting options based on data analysis, leveraging Power BI and Power Platform expertise.
• Design data presentation formats tailored to different audiences.
• Process reports within defined turnaround times, ensuring high accuracy through quality checks.
• Maintain and update templates, scripts, and databases as needed.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement automation capabilities.
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and reports.
• Transform complex datasets into intuitive reporting interfaces.
• Respond to ad-hoc business requests related to processes, reports, and automation.
• Collaborate across teams for accurate data gathering, timely delivery, and successful analysis and automation execution.Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently in data processing and interpretation.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, JIRA, and OnePlan is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management environments is a plus.The pay range for this contract position is $40-$65 per hour, depending on experience.Our pay ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum for new hires across all US locations.
