Job Description Job Description The Emery in Farmington, MN is currently looking for a part-time Caretaker for overall cleaning of the apartment building inside and out. Applicants must be available to work Monday -Friday (Part-Time), 20 hours per week. Must be available as needed for apartment turns. Caretaker Responsibilities and Duties: To daily, keep all glass surfaces clean and common areas clean and vacuumed Keeping all assigned interior and exterior areas clean and free of debris by sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping Must keep the community rooms clean for resident’s use, as well as public restroom and fitness room The Caretaker must clean all apartment turnovers in the agreed-upon time frame, typically, apartment turnovers occur between the last day of the month and the first day of the month. Apartment turnover often occurs within a 24-hour period Assist in delivering notices, watering plants, shoveling snow, pushing in trash dumpsters as needed, empty trash containers inside, large containers outside & in the dog park, cleaning garage as needed, and any other duties as assigned by the Manager Caretaker Qualifications and Skills: Previous Housekeeping or Caretaker Experience is preferred Must be a team player and communicate daily with office and maintenance staff as needed Candidate should be organized, punctual and pay attention to detail Must be able to work independently and complete general work duties in a timely manner Must be familiar with cleaning products and their various uses Must be able to operate a carpet shampooer machine Compensation: Starting at $20 - $22 per hour depending on experience Expected Hours: 20 per week Benefits: Paid Earned Sick & Safe Time For consideration, please reply to this ad or fax resume to 651-699-6433
