Key Responsibilities for the Lead Financial Analyst: Serve as the financial lead for one or more business units, managing full P&L oversight, forecasting, budgeting, and period-end close. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive business strategy and financial performance. Build and maintain detailed financial models and dashboards that inform strategic decisions. Analyze trends, track KPIs, and identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability. Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency by leveraging data tools and automation. Qualifications for the Lead Financial Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a multi-location or fast-paced environment.
