Skills Required

?Clear communication skills, written and verbal

?2+ years of Customer Service in a call center environment

?Polite phone etiquette

?Great attitude and willingness to learn

?Bilingual is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

?Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

?Data entry of customer information as well notes on their account.

?Ability to be able to manage a multi-line phone system.

?Help with escalating phone calls to team leaders to ensure customer satisfaction.

?Deescalating disgruntled customers by remaining calm, patiently listening to the customer and always providing a solution to the problem.
