You''ll work side by side with our clients and have long-term opportunities to advance your career with the latest emerging technologies.Responsibilities: Responsible for providing broker commission payment expertise, developing processes and applying technical skills to enable the delivery of key commission payment solutions using SAP Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tool. In addition, this role will focus on commission system pay runs and delivering accurate, timely results. You must have in depth knowledge of commission and incentive program technology and help develop client best practices and procedures. You will also perform both business and technical analysis to identify payment needs, evaluate and recommend solutions as well as provide technical support in facilitating implementation. You will also be responsible for the effective and timely resolution of commission service issues.Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in related field, or equivalent working experience. 5+ years of experience in a healthcare data driven support role required. 2+ years of experience with SQL including ability to write, read, and perform table joins and data merges. 2+ years of finance / accounting experience. 3+ years of experience with data analysis and documentation. Advanced proficiency using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, COUNTIFs, VBA and Macros). Experience executing commission payments and/or experience with payment software solutions preferred.Skills Required: Ability to maintain and establish working relationships with co workers while acting as a resource on a small team. Ability to multitask and meet time sensitive deadlines. Ability to develop, review, and implement test plans, test cases, and test reports to ensure systems are supported to the highest level of accuracy. Proven ability to demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in order to present technical and analytical information in a way that enhances understanding at all levels. Experience with process re engineering and workflow analysis. Experience with creating documentation such as business process mapping, operating procedures, and job aids. Experience identifying opportunities for operational process automation. Thorough understanding of different software development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Willingness to develop a strong understanding of financial and regulatory requirements. Strong drive for results and accountability.
