HR Manager Salary: Up to $120,000 Bonus Eligible Are you a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, production-focused environment? This HR Manager role supports a workforce of 200-250 employees and offers the chance to lead core HR functions-from recruiting and payroll to employee relations and safety-in a dynamic, essential industry.
