expertise in the Operating Room to support a respected healthcare
environment in Burnsville, MN. This contract position offers an

suburban lifestyle with metropolitan amenities. Responsibilities:
Provide perioperative nursing care in a hospital operating room
setting Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical
teams to ensure safe, efficient procedures Prepare and maintain
surgical instruments and equipment, including da Vinci robotic
systems Monitor patient status throughout surgery and assist with
post-operative care within the OR Adhere to aseptic techniques and
hospital protocols to prevent infection and maintain patient safety
Participate in weekend and holiday shifts as needed, with flexible
floating within the OR department Qualifications: Registered Nurse
license active in Minnesota Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN
experience in a hospital setting Strong experience in vascular,
orthopedic, and da Vinci robotic surgery procedures Current AHA
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to comply with
scheduling requirements, including potential weekend and holiday
shifts Commitment to submit required documentation: resume, active
license/certifications, skills checklist, and prescreening
questionnaire Schedule: 8-hour shifts, days and evenings 40 hours
per week Weekend and holiday rotations as needed This contract
demands highly skilled clinicians with no more than 7 days of
Return to Office (RTO) gap during the assignment. If you meet the
