COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) $300,000 Salary
Guarantee $150,000 Annual Retention Bonus $50,000 Commencement

RESPONSIBILITIES/FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM) Ultra Modern
25 bed Critical Access hospital Hybrid Model-90% Outpatient/10%
Hospitalist See 15-20 patients daily in clinic Call 1:7 with
weekend inpatient rotation Procedures NOT required, but can do them
if you like Dedicated support staff matched to you Very efficient,
and most administrative burdens eliminated QUALIFICATIONS AND
SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) Recent Board Eligible or Board
Certification Outpatient clinic and Inpatient Management Quality
and Patient Care Focused Work well in Teams COMMUNITY Family
Medicine (FM) Rich Outdoor/Recreation: Land of Lakes, boating,
fishing, hiking, 4 wheeling, snowmobiling, camping, hunting,
canoeing, etc. Two hours North of Twin Cities Strong schools and
