Prepare and organize procedure rooms prior to surgeries or other medical procedures. Assist healthcare professionals during procedures by providing required tools and materials. Maintain cleanliness and sterility in procedure rooms in accordance with health and safety regulations. Document procedural steps and patient responses as required. Monitor and order supplies to ensure that essential items are always available. Support patient preparation and post-procedural care activities. Implement and adhere to Mayo Clinic's standards of care, hygiene, and operational protocols. Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Knowledge of healthcare safety protocols and procedures Basic technical proficiency to handle medical instruments and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance CPR or BLS certification preferred Any relevant healthcare certification is a plus
