medical setting. Assist in surgical operations under the direction
of surgeons and registered nurses Prepare operating rooms with
necessary instruments and equipment Ensure all surgical tools are
properly sterilized and assembled Collaborate with the surgical
team to maintain sterile environments Participate in patient
assessments and pre-operative preparations Aid in monitoring
patient status and recovery in post-operative phases Manage
documentation of surgical processes and patient records Proficient
in maintaining sterile environments Able to assist in all types of
surgeries Strong technical skills with surgical instruments
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certification from the
National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
(NBSTSA) BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required by start
date
