accurate diagnoses Develop and implement treatment plans tailored
to patient needs Provide individual, couple, and group counseling
sessions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide
holistic care Stay updated with the latest trends and regulations
in mental health Maintain thorough and confidential records of
patient interactions Participate in ongoing training and
professional development Support emergency interventions when
required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
diagnose and treat various mental health conditions Expertise in
behavioral therapy techniques Proficient in utilizing Electronic
Health Record (EHR) systems Crisis intervention skills Medical
Insurance Valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor
Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), desirable
