growth and healing Required Experience: 4 years of experience in
direct work with severe challenging behaviors OR Bachelor's degree
in Psychology, Social Work, or related field Crisis intervention
certification Physical intervention experience Strong documentation
abilities Valid driver's license and clean record Essential Skills:
Crisis de-escalation mastery Behavior support implementation
Physical intervention techniques Empathetic communication Team
