Job Description Job Description Schedule: Full-time | 80 hours
per pay period | Monday-Friday | 8 am – 4:30 pm. Weekly travel
required. As a Regional Clinical Support Nurse, you will serve as
an interim leader, guiding clinical operations across multiple
Vivie communities to ensure high-quality resident care and
regulatory compliance. This role requires a strong leader who can
seamlessly step into diverse environments, manage clinical teams,
and drive excellence in care delivery. You’ll oversee resident
assessments, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and
operational efficiency, while fostering a culture of

opportunity employer. As a Regional Clinical Support Nurse, you
will: Ensure Exceptional Resident Care Conduct resident
assessments, develop holistic care plans, and provide nursing
interventions to support the physical, emotional, and social
well-being of residents. Lead and Develop Teams Supervise, mentor,
and support clinical staff, ensuring high performance through
training, coaching, and regulatory adherence. Act as a stabilizing
presence during leadership transitions. Drive Compliance and
Quality Assurance Oversee medication management, infection control,
and safety programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and
best practices in assisted living and long-term care. Support
Business and Financial Operations Assist in budgeting, financial
management, and resource allocation, while monitoring documentation
for accurate billing and service levels. Strengthen Relationships
and Marketing Efforts Collaborate with marketing teams, referral
sources, and families to ensure a strong presence in the community
and support resident recruitment and retention. Other Duties as
Assigned The duties and responsibilities listed above are
representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not
necessarily all inclusive. This job also requires: Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of Minnesota. BLS certification required.
Three to five years of leadership experience in healthcare;
assisted living or long-term care experience required. Proficient
in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated expertise in Electronic Health Record (EHR) software,
with a solid understanding of patient data management, scheduling,
and charting systems. Strong knowledge of assisted living and
long-term care regulations. Ability to respond to emergencies,
assess residents needs, and implement care plans. Excellent
communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Must be able
to travel between multiple Vivie communities weekly. Ability to
pass state mandated background check. Physical capability to
perform all essential job functions. Ability to read, write, and
speak English to ensure effective communication with staff,
residents, and visitors. Additional Details: Employment Type:

traveling to Vivie locations throughout our continuum for support.
This role does include supervisory responsibilities.
