(Medical & Wellness Focus) Position: Industrial Health Clinician
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Location:

Specialist (LPN or EMT) who brings expertise in both medical care
and proactive workplace wellness. This role combines clinical
support with injury prevention strategies to promote a safe,

Provider Duties Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not
full scope of licensure) Respond to workplace illnesses and
injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center Administer
vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED,
emergency kits) Conduct pre-employment physicals including
audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical
questionnaires Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath
alcohol and drug screenings Prevention & Wellness Duties Design and
lead injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job
coaching Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early
intervention strategies Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention
and fitness programs Facilitate group or individual conditioning
classes and personal training sessions Develop and promote wellness
initiatives and educational workshops Collaborate with HR, safety
teams, and management to enhance workplace wellness Track and
analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and success
Physical Demands Lift 30–50 lbs as needed Frequent standing,
walking, and sitting Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching
from floor level to overhead Tasks involving pinching, grasping,
and gripping Periodic computer work Qualifications Familiarity with
OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards Experience in
industrial healthcare or occupational health LPN, EMT certification
or licensure in your state CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) 6
months to 1 year of professional experience preferred Unify Health
