Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A temporary opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide onsite support covering a maternity leave from January 5, 2026, to June 5, 2026. The position is based in Minneapolis, MN, serving an elementary school setting as well as additional assignments within a K-12 caseload across nearby middle and high schools. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver occupational therapy services to students K-12, focusing on individualized treatment plans. - Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the school environment. - Maintain documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations. - Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates to families and school personnel. - Manage itinerant caseload and travel between assigned schools as required. Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapy license. - Experience working within school-based settings preferred. - Comfort with commuting to multiple school locations warranted. - Effective communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to handle a flexible caseload with varying Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) commitments during the contract period. Contract Details: - Duration: January 5, 2026 June 5, 2026 - Full workweek: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. - FTE breakdown: 0.5 FTE (1/5/262/9/26), 1.0 FTE (2/2/263/27/26), 0.5 FTE (4/20/266/5/26). - Locations include several elementary, middle, and high schools in the area.
