Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. An occupational
therapist is needed to provide onsite support for an elementary
school setting in Andover, MN. This position covers a maternity
leave contract from January 5, 2026, through June 5, 2026. The role
involves working a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week,
Monday through Friday, serving a caseload that includes students
from kindergarten through 12th grade. Responsibilities: - Deliver
occupational therapy services to students in an elementary school
environment. - Collaborate with school staff to develop
individualized plans that support student needs. - Assess, plan,
and implement appropriate interventions within the school setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation consistent with school and legal
requirements. - Communicate regularly with families and educational
team members regarding student progress. Qualifications and
Experience: - Licensure as an occupational therapist in Minnesota.
- Experience working in school-based therapy settings, particularly
with K-12 populations. - Ability to manage a caseload effectively
while balancing administrative duties. - Strong communication and
collaboration skills. - Willingness to commute within the area to
various school locations if required. Location: - Elementary school
setting, Andover, MN, with potential assignments across multiple
sites within the district. - Candidates must confirm comfort with
commuting to designated school locations. This contract opportunity
