Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
occupational therapy services in an elementary school setting in
Minneapolis, MN on a maternity leave contract from January 5, 2026,
through June 5, 2026. This role requires delivering evaluation,
treatment, and consultation for students in grades K-12, focusing
primarily on elementary-aged children. Key Responsibilities: -
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized
treatment plans - Implement therapy sessions to support students
sensory, motor, and functional skills development - Collaborate
with teachers, families, and other educational staff to integrate
therapy goals in the classroom environment - Maintain accurate and
timely documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes -
Participate in team meetings and contribute to educational planning
to support student success Qualifications: - Valid Occupational
Therapy license with the ability to practice in Minnesota -
Experience working within school settings, preferably with
elementary school students - Strong knowledge of pediatric
occupational therapy techniques and school-based service delivery -
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with students and multidisciplinary teams - Ability to
manage a caseload of students consistently over the contract period
Work Schedule and Location: - Full-time leave coverage position
with 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday - Elementary school
setting in the Minneapolis metropolitan area; familiarity with
commuting between school sites is preferred This contract position
