ID: 55226764 Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30); Mid 4x10-Hour (13:00 - 23:30) Description: Looking for a X Ray/CT Tech to work a mix of 12 & 10 hour shifts 3-4 times per week (depending if that week includes a weekend rotation). 76 hours GTD in a pay period.Start times: 1pm; 7pm; - Evening/nights mixWeekends are Saturday and SundayRequired:- 2 years of experience as a Radiology tech- CT and X-ray experience REQUIRED - HARD STOP- ARRT- BLS- Traveler must be 25 miles away from the facility as they do not accept locals.- EPIC experienceCritical access hospital. Pretty busy ER. Not a lot of inpatient work. Must be proficient in x-ray and CT and will primarily work alone. Epic EMR. GE CT and PACS. Canon x-ray room and Shimadzu Rad/Fluoro room. GE portable x-ray. Hologic mini-C-arm and OEC standard C-arm. Newly remodeled department. Radiologist onsite during the day and nocturnists reading remote after hours; voice recognition software. Locals are not acceptedPerm Staff Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler.RTO 7 days max. No RTO within the first 2 weeks. All RTO due at submission. Holiday work required, as needed.CNA License MN license in-hand License MN license in-hand or proof of application required (2-3 weeks via mail, 5-10 business days via email for processing). Saint Benedicts MN license in-hand is required. DO NOT submit if they have not applied for the license.Vaccines Medical/Religious exemption form required with submittal.Labs - Travelers are required to go to the lab within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation.Livescan Fingerprinting MN residents and non-MN residents must commit to completing this within 48 hours of signing, or risk cancellation. All travelers MUST complete fingerprinting in person in MN on the Monday prior to their Monday start. This is a MN State Requirement NO EXCEPTIONS.
