Full-Time Staffing Coordinator Essential Job Functions, Duties, and
Responsibilities - Ensure that the facility is adequately staffed
to fulfill residents needs. - Assist in developing, implementing
and coordinating staffing procedures. - Performs daily and monthly
staffing in accordance with management instructions. - Audits
nursing personnel time accurately and timely. - Post daily staffing
requirements. Education and Experience - Nursing staffing processes
and procedures experience required - Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suites - On-Shift Scheduler experience Preferred - ADP
payroll experience Preferred Supervisory Responsibility This
position does not have any direct reports or supervisory

ROLE: The Staffing Coordinator plays an integral role in the
success of our team, our community and creating a place our
residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this
position is to perform staffing duties and staffing recordkeeping
functions to assist the Director of Nursing in meeting the staffing
needs of the facility in accordance with current applicable
federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, to
ensure that proper staffing requirements are always maintained.
