Join our homecare team and provide meaningful 1:1 care in a laid-back home environment, with flexible scheduling that fits YOUR life.Hiawatha HomeCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate nurses to provide 1:1 care for a school-aged boy, located in St. Peter, MN!*Schedule:** Part-time & casual hours available* Friday, Saturday, &/or Sunday nights, 9p-7a (some flexibility with start & end times)*Requirements:** Must have an active RN or LPN license in Minnesota.* No experience necessary! Will train the right candidate!*Pay:** Registered Nurse (RN): $32.00 - $40.25 per hour (DOE)* Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $25.00 - $31.00 per hour (DOE)* Based on years of nursing experience*Core Responsibilities:** Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.* Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.* Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.* Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.* Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.* Provides advice & support to clients & their families.*About Hiawatha HomeCare:*The birth of Ted & Karen Seiferts son, Michael, ultimately led to the birth of Hiawatha HomeCare.
