Position Highlights Compensation: Guaranteed $525,000+ base salary, plus productivity bonus Setting: Outpatient clinic + inpatient hospital rounding Schedule: Monday-Friday with 1:3 weekend rounding; up to 4 days/month ER call Visa Support: J1 visa eligible (H1B not available) Growth Track: Partnership opportunity after initial period --- Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a full range of cardiovascular conditions Interpret non-invasive studies: EKG, Echo, TEE, Stress Tests, Holter/Event Monitors, Nuclear Stress, and Vascular Ultrasound Participate in diagnostic cardiac catheterizations (no interventional cases) Qualifications Active Arizona medical license or eligibility through IMLC Board Certified or Eligible in Cardiology (certification within 5 years of residency required) ACLS and BLS (AHA-issued) certifications COVID and flu vaccination (or valid exemptions) Minimum 2 years of experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed base salary + productivity model Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision) 4 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, and 1 week CME CME reimbursement
