Job Description:
Royal Health Group is seeking a motivated LPN Agency Nurse to
join our Cape Cod team, offering weekly pay and the Work Today, Get
Paid Today program.
Provide high-quality resident care across multiple facilities,
including long-term, sub-acute, and memory care settings.
Assess resident health, develop care plans, administer medications,
and monitor progress.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate residents and families,
and maintain accurate documentation compliant with regulations.
Work at least 4 weekend shifts per month, with flexibility to work
in two or more locations.
Must have MA LPN license, EMR proficiency, knowledge of memory
care, MDS assessments, and strong case management skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
are essential.
