• Develop and execute strategies to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned market.
• Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff members.
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and referral partners.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Help with current and future growth and expansion needs.Essential Job Functions:
• Originate retail and commercial loans, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Provide guidance and support to loan officers, assisting them in closing complex loan transactions.
• Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.
• Conduct market analysis and identify areas for business expansion.
• Represent the bank in various community and industry events.Must Have Skills and Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in originating retail and commercial loans in a banking setting.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
