Marketing Manager Location: Bloomington, MN Compensation: $70,000-80,000 annually DOE, excellent long-term growth opportunities Worksite Arrangement: In-office 5 days/week Start Date: ASAP Summary: Our client is a family-owned leader in the automotive retail space for over 60 years, where innovation, transparency, and a dynamic team culture drive success. As a Marketing Manager, you'll lead digital marketing campaigns, manage SEO/SEM strategy, and drive promotional efforts across web, social, and video and analyze performance data. You'll also oversee a small team, guide execution from strategy to results, and help shape marketing decisions that support growth and lead generation.   • Lead monthly marketing strategies and campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with budget and performance goals
  • Analyze marketing data and campaign results, providing insights and regular reports to senior leadership
  • Oversee website content, SEO/SEM efforts, lead generation, and vendor performance to drive traffic and sales
  • Manage and support a team, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and ensuring productivity standards are met
  • Ensure compliance with brand and OEM guidelines, while coordinating marketing budgets, documentation, and co-op submissions Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field and/or 3+ years of experience.
    • High-level communication skills to clearly explain complex data to leadership and other internal teams.
    • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid social media strategy.
    • Experience using tools including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Office, Task Management Software, etc.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
