seeking a driven, energetic, and outgoing Maintenance Manager to
lead preventative and daily maintenance across our facility. This
role is perfect for a hands-on problem solver with prior management
experience who enjoys keeping equipment running at peak
performance. What We Offer Pay: Competitive, based on experience
and skills Schedule: 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM,

Oversee the maintenance of machinery and equipment, ensuring smooth
daily operations Lead the Preventive Maintenance program for all
manufacturing equipment, including cranes, forklifts, paint lines,
air compressors, and packaging equipment Manage calibration,
lockout/tagout procedures, equipment manuals, and documentation
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, vendors, and equipment
manufacturers Troubleshoot and repair machinery, performing both
small and large repairs Test equipment to ensure optimal
performance and safety Adjust and calibrate sensors and controls
for peak efficiency Serve on the Safety Committee and adhere to all
safety protocols Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays
as needed What We’re Looking For in You Experience: 1–3 years of
management experience 3–5 years of preventative maintenance
experience Knowledge of metalworking industry equipment and
processes Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and
background check Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead
a team Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, kneel, stoop,
walk, or remain in one position for extended periods Ability to
work in hot or cold conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50
lbs Performance Measures Attendance Quality Productivity Downtime
