Job Description Job Description Summary: Candidates should have experience in designing and programming control systems for automated equipment. Responsibilities: • Willing to travel an average of 25%, mostly domestic and possible future international. • Design and programmed the equipment, build specifications using standard procedures. • Safety circuit design and programming via safety PLC • Risk assessment implementing associated safety devices • UL 508 certified design Requirements: • Experienced with PLC, HMI, Robot, AutoCAD, Motion Control, Pneumatics, and Hydraulics. • AutoCad • Studio 5000 • RS 500 • FactoryTalk View • Other related Allen Bradley Software Duties include but are not limited to: • Specify components, document control systems for various types of automated equipment. • Electrical/Pneumatic design, machine PLC programming, machine debug and certification for customer run-off. • Travel to customer sites for installation and startup of equipment. hc213795
