Description: Summary: Leads the design and implementation of employee skill development programs and ensures compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Focuses on cultivating a strong safety & process driven culture through training, coaching, and continuous improvement in development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage employee development training programs focused on employee growth and regulatory compliance. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives. - Ensure alignment with company and client safety and process protocols, as well as applicable regulations. - Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and compliance gaps. - Maintain accurate records of training completion and compliance audits. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Telecommunication Industry, specifically in wireless/tower. - Experience in employee training and development a plus. - Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and safety regulations. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Specific Duties 1. Training Classes 2. Job Education 3. Scheduling Classes 4. Mentorship Program 5. Participate in Safety Audits 6. Participate in Inspections 7. Participate in building/Revising Inhouse Training Programs 8.
