Job Description:
Achieve more with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Machine
Operator's in Northfield MN. As a Machine Operator you are:
Responsible for the set-up and operation of a: Laminators,
Slitters, Combiners, Sealers and Adhesive Mixers/blenders with
ability to operate motorized material handling equipment.
Demonstrates knowledge for production criteria for products that
are processed in Laminations. Makes adjustments to speed, tension,
timing, temperature and related variables as needed to meet
specifications. Performs routine visual quality checks on work in
process. Adhesive Mixing solvent solutions to dry powders or resins
to make specialty adhesives, that are used in-house on laminators
and for outside sales. Must be able to work in a team orientated
work environment. This is a Full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Attendance Basic Math Read
and interpret instructions. Prior forklift/pallet jack and other
motorized equipment exp. preferred Experience with the following is
a plus: Machine Operator Slitters Mixers Prior use of food mixing
machines a plus! Pay Rate: $19.70 - $20.70/hour. *Pay range offered
to a successful candidate will be based on several factors,
including the candidate's education, work experience, work
