Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A dedicated Special Education Teacher is needed to
support a 4th grade elementary classroom in Eden Prairie, MN. This
contract position will run from ASAP through June 4, 2026,
providing services approximately 37.5 hours per week during the
current school year. The focus of this role is to deliver
specialized instruction tailored to a small caseload of 5-7
students with diverse learning needs, with potential opportunities
to work with additional academic groups in other elementary grade
levels as required. Responsibilities include designing and
implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), adapting
curriculum materials, and collaborating with general education
staff and support personnel to ensure students receive well-rounded
instructional support. The teacher will work within a supportive
environment where para-professionals may assist with supervision
and direct support as part of the team. Qualifications and desired
experience: Valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license
Experience teaching elementary students with special education
needs, preferably around 4th grade level Ability to create and
modify lesson plans to meet individualized student goals Strong
communication skills for collaboration with staff, parents, and
service providers Flexibility to work with a small caseload and
possible academic groups in adjacent grade levels Location:
Elementary school in Eden Prairie, MN Position type: Contract,

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $39.00.
