Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. An elementary school in
Burnsville, MN, is seeking a skilled professional to provide
specialized behavioral support as a Behavior Specialist or
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This contract role is ideal
for candidates passionate about fostering positive behavioral
development in young learners within an elementary school setting
for the current school year (CSY). Responsibilities: Implement
individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of
a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and analyze data
on student behaviors to monitor progress and adjust strategies as
needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to
support student success and create a positive learning environment
Assist in training school personnel on behavior management
techniques and strategies Deliver direct one-on-one support to
students needing behavioral assistance Desired Qualifications and
Experience: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
is required Experience working in elementary educational settings
with diverse student populations Strong knowledge of applied
behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention
techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
effectively with school teams and families Patience, adaptability,
and a student-centered approach to behavior support Location:
Elementary school located in Burnsville, Minnesota This position
offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students

duration corresponds to the current school year (CSY). Interested

position ranges from $31.70 to $51.75. Eligible candidates may also
