The Assembler at our Baldwin, WI location involves working collaboratively to assemble and package product. This is a weekend shift onsite role, with hours Friday-Sunday 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Role Responsibilities: /n - Assembly of non-repetitive parts which may include multiple parts per operation. /n - Package parts and assemblies. /n - Ensure compliance to prints. /n - Operate test equipment when required. /n - Ensure proper documentation with labeling. /n - Complies with all safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures. /n - Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required. /n /n While this list is representative of essential job duties, it is not an all-inclusive list of duties required to perform this role. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to: /n - Material Handling with forklifts, cranes, carts, etc. /n - Display mechanical aptitude /n - Quality conscious /n - Ability to read blueprints, and understand verbal and written instructions /n - High School Diploma or GED is required /n /n Preferred Qualifications: /n - Display mechanical aptitude and ability to solve complex problems resulting from a highly customized product line /n - Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a steady work environment /n /n Hourly Pay Range: $22.78 This position is overtime eligible as per state and federal regulations. This position is eligible for a gainsharing plan based on the achievement of specific goals.
