Job Description Job Description Job Title: Assembler Job Description Candidates will be utilizing equipment, hand and power tools for assembling custom products. Responsibilities Assemble products using hand and power tools. Work collaboratively in assembly line and independently. Essential Skills Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure. 6 months of previous experience in assembly, construction, landscaping, packaging, or general labor. 6 months of experience with hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in carpentry or industrial assembly. Experience with power tools. Why Work Here? Work Environment The working hours are 6:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Employees must be open to working additional hours on Fridays. The environment requires closed-toed tennis shoes or work boots, with safety glasses and ear protection provided. The facility can be warm during the summer, and employees will stand for 10-hour shifts. Breaks include two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dodge Center, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
