Maintenance Technician will maintain, repair, and improve our 23
commericial and residential properties. We will provide you with a
company van, tools, gas card, credit card, and cell phone for you
to fix the smallest and biggest job. Wage: $26.50 to $27.50 per
hour based upon years of experience Schedule: Monday to Friday from
7:00 AM to 3:30 PM How will you make a difference? Repairs, and
improves physical property so that the property and equipment are
maintained to assure safety, good working order and neatness in
appearance. Respond quickly to fix and repair broken HVAC,
plumbing, and other maintenance issues. Monitors and/or maintain
property grounds so that the properties are safe, neat and
attractive. Respond to property emergencies and resolve them.
Maintains and reorder supplies of parts to repair HVAC, plumbing,
and other property repairs. Follow OSHA regulations to minimize
accidents on properties and ensure a safe environment for both our
employees and people with disabilities. What will you bring to
Opportunity Partners? High School/GED is required, plus two years
