Immediate Need: Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent Are you an experienced Traveling Superintendent looking for a new opportunity with an impressive General Contractor? We are seeking a skilled leader with a strong background in Diverse Commercial projects. Compensation/Benefits Competitive compensation Bonus plans Complete benefits package Paid Time Off and Holidays Resume building project experience and more Construction Superintendent Qualifications 5 years of Commercial Construction experience, experience with, but not limited to: Self Storage, Healthcare, Tilt Up Industrial, and large Multifamily (150 units) Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and oversee projects Sound knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols Strong team building skills Proficient in reading and analyzing blueprints and contract documents Familiarity with construction-related software is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.
