Job Description:

Glass Repair Specialist. This position requires hands-on expertise
in auto glass repair, using the latest technology to ensure each
job meets Safelite's high standards of service. As a Repair
Specialist, you will provide mobile and in-shop windshield repair
services, assessing vehicle glass damage, managing inventory, and
ensuring that every customer is satisfied with Safelite’s
unparalleled service quality. This role is perfect for individuals
who are meticulous, customer-focused, and passionate about cars.
Inspect and assess vehicle glass damage and decide the best repair
methods. Repair cracked or chipped areas of vehicle windshields or
windows to restore integrity and clarity. Manage inventory of tools
and supplies, ensuring availability for each job. Maintain a clean
and safe workspace in accordance with industry standards and
regulations. Provide excellent customer service, explaining the
repair process and any follow-up care needed. Operate mobile repair
and replacement services efficiently, ensuring timely completion of
tasks. Proficiency in windshield repair and automotive glass
installation. Strong technical and mechanical skills with attention
to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent customer service and communication skills. Medical

Certification from the National Glass Association (NGA) or Auto
Glass Safety Council (AGSC) is preferred but not required.
