Must have 3 years of hands-on tax preparation experience . Expect to work 40-50 hours per week during peak tax season . Schedule 9:00am-5:00pm This Seasonal Tax Specialist role offers customizable hours to suit your availability Pay $18-$30/hour Weekly paychecks every Friday Responsibilities Tax Preparation : Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and other types of tax returns Client Interaction : Interface with clients to review and apply accounting and tax principles. Accounting Procedures : Perform a range of accounting tasks across various industries. Financial Statements : Assist in preparing financial statements and conducting analytical reviews. Journal Entries : Prepare and post journal entries accurately. Account Reconciliation : Analyze balance sheets and reconcile accounts. Sales & Payroll Tax : Compile and prepare both sales tax and payroll tax returns. Skills and Qualifications Must have 3 years of hands-on tax preparation experience . Strong understanding of accounting concepts related to tax return preparation. Analytical thinking with a creative edge for problem-solving. Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
