What You'll Do: As a Senior Accountant, you'll play an important
role in supporting the financial operations of the company and
assisting with various key functions. Your attention to detail and
problem-solving skills will be essential for success in this role.
Generate routine and special financial and operational reports
Analyze job costs related to manufacturing and installation
projects Maintain and prepare sales and use tax records Prepare and
submit tax returns for multiple states Act as the primary contact
for all sales and use tax-related inquiries Prepare, review, and
post journal entries Perform balance sheet reconciliations
Calculate and process commissions and bonuses Support external
audits and internal control evaluations Assist with vendor
credentialing Provide support to the Billing Coordinator and
Accounts Payable Specialist What You Bring: We're looking for a
dedicated and proactive accounting professional with a strong
foundation in accounting principles. If you don't meet every

experience levels! Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus)
At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting roles
Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal
controls
