Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Monitor and manage budgets , cash flow, and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant regulations. Guide and train junior accounting staff to foster development and team collaboration. Partner with other departments to create and implement effective financial strategies . What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field. 2 years of accounting experience (Experience in public accounting a plus!). CPA certification is preferred but not required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
