You'll Do: As an Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in
leading the accounting team while providing valuable support and
guidance to help drive the company's success. Your leadership and
expertise will make a measurable impact on business progress. Lead
accounting projects, ensuring they are developed and implemented
successfully Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced
accounting professionals Partner with Managers and Executives to
offer high-level support to accounting management Ensure timely and
accurate completion of financial reports in line with GAAP
principles Coach and train junior team members and act as a point
of escalation for complex issues Assist with additional duties as
needed What You Bring: We're looking for a candidate with strong
accounting leadership skills and a strategic mindset. If you have
experience, but don't meet every qualification, we still encourage
you to apply! Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business,
or a related field 5 years of experience in Finance and/or
Accounting Experience in public accounting is a plus but not
required
