Job Description:
FP&A Financial Analyst Salary: Up to $105K Are you ready to

sustainable systems? Our client is seeking an experienced Financial
Analyst to join their FP&A team. Reporting directly to the
Director of FP&A, you will collaborate with the Global FP&A
team and leadership to provide key insights, analyses, and
recommendations for operational improvement projects and other
business priorities. What You Will Be Doing in the FP&A Role:
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics
tracking. Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual
results with plans and forecasts, and analyze variances. Recommend
actions based on data analysis and comparative reviews of proposed
changes in methods and materials. Identify and drive process
improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc
reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. What You Will Gain from Being

improvement. Who You Are as an FP&A Professional: Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4 years of
FP&A experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data query, data management
tools such as Access, SQL, Business Objects). Hands-on knowledge of
Oracle, Hyperion, and/or Power BI is a plus.
